Something broken, a question, or a feature you want: use the feedback form. It goes straight to the person who writes the code — there is no support queue, because there is no support department. You can leave an email address if you want a reply, or leave it blank and stay anonymous.
Locked out because the master password is lost: there is no way for PassSumo, or anyone else, to recover it or the vault it protects — that is inherent to the KDBX format, not a limitation of this app. The feedback form above is still the right place for anything else — a question about Touch ID, backups, or how a specific entry behaves.
